I really like the stars and the colors.
Only two things I would touch are the bottom and the top of the page. The footer looks a little love- and lifeless. You can only see the "ends" of the stars, which look a little like "oh yeah, and there is stuff sticking out who cares anyway". So I would probably use another nice star coming from the bottom or something, to make it a happier place.
And the header looks unfinished a little unfinished. The mascott is sweet but the top left is a little boring. Take a look at the top right corner or the bottom left corner, these look awesome! Maybe have some stars coming out of the glass she is holding, like an fun explosive chemical. And the page title is a little boring. Everything has a little depth, the stars, the pink swooshes, the mascott, but the page title is a bit boring and two dimensional. Maybe make it look a little more 3D, or more colorful, or just make a 3px white stroke around it?
Except these two little things, I really really like it!
